Not everyone is qualified to provide restoration services. The National Institute of Disaster Restoration (NIDR) developed the Certified Restorer designation as a standard of excellence to distinguish the best from the rest.

Jim Mellon, president of Mellon Certified Restoration, Vice President Frank Panico, and Ray Groses are among slightly more than 200 individuals worldwide to have earned the Certified Restorer designation. These professionals in the cleaning and restoration industry specialize in repairing damage caused by fire, smoke, water, vandalism and other perils. By completing intensive educational requirements and continually meeting standards and codes of business ethics set by the NIDR, Jim Mellon, Frank Panico and Ray Groses represent the elite in their field.

At Mellon Certified Restoration, we recognize the importance of ongoing professional training for all employees. By attending seminars and passing examinations that test their knowledge, our staff stays current with the very latest techniques and equipment in the field.
